The Starliner project started in 2008 as part of a large network business travel agency and within 3 years evolved into an independent TMC (Travel Management Company) with IT infrastructure unique for the Russian business travel market.
We are sincerely convinced that real efficiency and savings can only be provided by a flexible, independent and technological travel service with a great deal of understanding of clients’ internal business processes and their ability to optimize. Therefore, we are continuously developing our own online and offline technologies.
