To pay for the purchase, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank of Russia PJSC to enter your card details. Please prepare your plastic card in advance. Connection to the payment gateway and transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.

If your bank supports Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code technology, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment. You can clarify the ways and possibility of obtaining passwords for Internet payments in the bank that issued the card.

This website supports 256-bit encryption. Confidentiality of the personal information provided is ensured by Sberbank of Russia PJSC. The entered information will not be provided to third parties except for cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Bank card payments are made in strict compliance with the requirements of the Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl payment systems.

Description of the payment process

If you choose the form of payment by plastic card, the payment for the order is made immediately after its registration. After completion of order placement in our store, you will have to click on the button “Payment by bank card”, in this case the system will switch you to the page of authorization server, where you will be asked to enter the data of plastic card, initiate its authorization, and then return to our store by the button “Return to store”. After you return to our store, the system will notify you of the authorization results. In case of authorization confirmation, your order will be automatically executed according to the conditions you set. If the card authorization is denied, you will be able to repeat the payment procedure.

When canceling an order

In case of canceling items from the paid order (or in case of canceling the whole order) you can order another product for this amount, or return the whole amount to the card by sending an e-mail.

Delivery

Delivery is made on the 1-2nd day from the moment the money is credited to our account. The goods are delivered on working days from 10-00 to 18-00. When receiving the goods, the representative of a legal entity must have a power of attorney with a seal from the paying company or the seal itself.

Private buyers to receive the goods must present a receipt with a Sberbank stamp of payment or the passport of the cardholder, if the payment was made by bank card.

Warranty obligations

Warranty service of the equipment during the whole warranty period is provided by authorized service centers of the respective manufacturers. Addresses of service centers can be found on the corresponding page of our website. An obligatory condition for warranty repair is the presence of a warranty card, which must contain the name of the product, warranty period, date of sale and serial number of the device.

Payment by bank cards is made after the order is checked by the online store manager.

Payment by VISA bank cards

All types of VISA payment cards are accepted, except for Visa Electron. In most cases Visa Electron card is not applicable for online payments, except for cards issued by certain banks. You should check with your card issuing bank about the possibility of payment with Visa Electron card.

Payment by MasterCard credit cards

The site accepts all types of MasterCard for payment.

What you need to know:

1. your credit card number;
2. your credit card expiration date, month/year;
3. CVV code for Visa cards / CVC code for Master Card: 3 last digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.

If your card does not have a CVC / CVV code, it may not be suitable for CNP transactions (i.e. transactions where the card itself is not present, but its details are used) and you should contact your bank for more information.

Payment for orders via Sberbank

Payment for orders via SBERBANK is made after the order is verified by the online store manager. To pay for the order, you need to print out a payment receipt from the store’s website. We warn you that Sberbank charges a commission for the payment service.

You can clarify the ways and possibility of obtaining a password for making an Internet payment in the bank that issued your card.

If you choose the form of payment by bank card, the payment for the order is made immediately after its confirmation by the manager. After the manager confirms the order, you will have to enter the personal cabinet of your order (by the 20-digit unique order number received during the order placement) and click on the button “Payment by bank card”, the system will take you to the page of the authorization server of Sberbank, where you will be asked to enter the data of the plastic card, initiate its authorization, after which you can return to our store by clicking on the button “Return to the store”. After returning to our store, the system will notify you of the authorization results.

До получения успешного подтверждения платежа Ваш заказ будет находиться в режиме ожидания, после пяти дней ожидания получения оплаты заказ будет автоматически аннулирован. После успешного подтверждения платежа Ваш заказ будет переведен в режим доставки по указанному адресу. В случае отказа в авторизации карты Вы сможете повторить процедуру оплаты.

Canceling an order

If you remove goods from the paid order or cancel the whole order, you can order another product for the same amount, or fully return the entire amount to the card with the help of your manager.
