Many of our customers prefer industry trips to establish business relationships, demonstrate their product capabilities and learn from the practical experience of foreign and domestic colleagues.

What makes up a guaranteed effective industry trip?  Technical visits to companies and factories, business meetings at partners’ offices, technology demonstrations, business lunches, dinners, entertainment program and other activities.

The program is tailor-made for each customer.

STRATEGY SESSION

Employees analyze the state of the company and jointly generate strategic decisions that are meaningful for the organization. It is important that management is directly involved in the process, and the session is moderated by a moderator.

It does not have to be done in a serious environment. We took some of our clients to Olkhon Island (Baikal) and organized a quest around the island, so that they had a radical change of environment, looked at the situation in the company with a fresh eye and were able to offer really effective solutions. The office and ties rarely contribute to this.

Another company solves strategic problems on a ski slope. During breaks from business, they organize competitions between employees and introduce their team to skiing and snowboarding. They love it.
