Team building

In nature, in your office, in one of the most beautiful places in Russia – even in weightlessness (we’re not kidding).

Extreme, sports, creative, intellectual, therapeutic – the format will depend on your goals, wishes, specifics of the team and possibilities.

If after a long period of isolation you want a complete change of scenery and thrill, we will organize for you:

Regatta: in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Krasnodar region, abroad.
Quest-festival: an event where everyone can find something to do. We can hold it anywhere, even in your office, and employees will perform tasks during breaks from work.
Plein air: artistic team building in nature
Adventure game: Ford Boyarde, Mad Max and other concepts. You will definitely remember it for a long time to come.
Expedition: nature, ATVs, purpose, the joy of overcoming obstacles, teamwork and vivid impressions.
Hiking: hiking, horseback riding, speleo, water.

With professional animators and instructors in complete safety, you will go through interesting routes, sharpen your teamwork, test yourself and learn what you have long wanted but were afraid to try. Whether it’s river rapids, horseback riding, sailing or arm wrestling with Mad Max.

When you return, you will agree that it will be much easier to address a work issue to Dima, with whom you have overcome difficult obstacles together, than to Dmitry Sergeevich, the development director.

And, of course, we are always ready to come up with something special for you 🙂
